What’s in the box?

Everytime I ask “What’s in the Box?” I think of Brad Pitt in Se7en. Hopefully, though, there will be no head in my box.

Well, let me back up. The box I’m talking about is a CSA (community sustained agriculture) or farm box. So, very different than Gwyneth Paltrow’s head. In an attempt to start eating more healthily and consciously we decided to try out a farm box!

And since I’m always one to test the waters first, we bought this one as a one-time deal from Goodeggs who has a partnership with Eatwell Farms, though I don’t see us backing down - hey i started a blog because I love it so much.

Anyway, here’s what was in our box (I forgot to take pics this time, what a noob I am):

  • cabbage
  • lettuce
  • basil
  • mint
  • red potatoes
  • sugar snap peas
  • chives
  • radishes
  • green garlic
  • spring onions
  • strawberries (which were almost gone immediately, they were that delicious and ripe)

I think that’s it, but I’ll check again when I’m standing in front of my fridge.
